Hi!

I’m Pavel, 32 year old finance professional looking for a roommate to peacefully co-live with together. I enjoy a simple and quiet lifestyle and tend to spend my evenings and weekends watching classical movies or educational docu-series. I value a peaceful and organised atmosphere at home!

Along with king size room and a private en suite there is a single room which may or may not stay vacant, a large living room with home cinema and garden. All bills included and I’m on top of all the admin (Winter heating bills might be a bit extra). Private parking space and a dedicated secure bike & luggage shed available.

The flat is part of a gated community 100 metres to a magical riverside walk, 100 metres to the largest Sainsbury's in Surrey and state of the art gym with sauna and swimming pool, 500 metres to high street with banks and riverside restaurants, it’s a superb (high end) location.

There is loads of green, and both Richmond Park and Bushy Park a walking distance away, ideal for bike or hike lovers, which I love myself.

P. S Prices for individual occupancy, if couple takes king size it’s more, or one party takes both rooms it slightly less, reach out with enquires.

P. S I’m looking for people of my age bracket with whom we both feel a genuine chemistry rather than simply people to co-live with. I’m originally Eastern European myself but now consider myself fully British.

P. S I’m extremely laid back on all official things like payslips and references, none of them are needed.
