female, vegetarian housemate over 30 who likes cats. Quiet location in a cul de sac near Kingston gate of Richmond Park. Would suit someone who is communal minded, works out of the house. and likes to get away from it all after work. Early starts to the work day for some of us so we are a quiet household and not a late-night house.
Sharing with three others and one ginger cat, Luna.
Ground floor double room en suite bathroom, toilet shower.
There is a shared kitchen/ dining area inc dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Large garden with views over Richmond Park. The garden wall is the wall of the park.
No street parking restrictions and off street parking.
The nearest BR station, Norbiton is 15 – 20 mins walk.
Kingston Town Centre is 20 mins walk.
The 371 bus goes to Richmond in one direction and Kingston in the other.
