My three lovely flatmates are leaving soon as they've come to the end of their studies at Kingston Uni.

Ideal location, super close to Knights Park Campus. Within walking distance of Kingston train station and Surbiton train station.

I've lived here for three years and the landlord has been lovely and is always happy to help resolve any issues.

I’m looking for ONE more tidy, chill, and easygoing person to join our house in Kingston. 🙂

The house has a really relaxed and comfortable vibe, and I’m hoping to find people who are respectful, clean in shared spaces, and just generally nice to live with. Everyone can do their own thing, but I’d also love for it to be the kind of house where people can have a chat in the kitchen or hang out now and then without it feeling awkward.

The location is great for Kingston Uni and also really convenient for shops, transport, and the town centre.

The house would probably suit people who want:
• A calm and friendly home
• A clean/shared space everyone respects
• A social atmosphere without it being a party house
• Somewhere that actually feels homely

The house is spacious, comfortable, and genuinely a nice place to come back to after uni/work.
