We are looking to rent out a spacious double bedroom in this 4 bed detached house close to Kingston town centre.

Partly furnished double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden. Photos don’t do it justice, there’s a bit more space behind the camera view where the wardrobe lies. Ample storage (attic available) with common storage space in kitchen and corridor area.

Common garden for all tenants to use, plenty of space for you can to invite friends and family over for a BBQ.

- close to town centre and multiple supermarkets

The fourth housemate we’re looking for, would be someone who’s clean, tidy, considerate, respectful and enjoys being part of a household that works together to ensure the house is comfortable for all. And someone that appreciates clear and timely communication between each other.

- Council tax £85
(students won’t need to pay)
- cleaners £20 every 2 months (tenants required to do regular cleaning ourselves, rota set up)

We require suitable candidates to provide one month (electricity & council tax) utility bills in advance as a deposit and deduct it for the last month before moving out.
