The house is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Kingston. It is in between Kingston and Norbiton stations, with easy access via train into Central London.
There are 2 large double rooms to rent available from 10th March 2026. One of these rooms is located upstairs, and one on the ground floor with patio doors to the garden. The rent is £575 pcm for both rooms - one is upstairs and the other is downstairs. Bills are generally around £175 pcm - this includes council tax, utilities, TV (all virgin channels) and broadband.
The house is very spacious with a large front room, good sized kitchen and decent sized garden.
