Students only: 5-10 mins walk from Knight’s Park campus and 10-15 mins walk to Penrhyn Road campus. Also 15mins walk to Kingston and Norbiton stations.

Great location for grocery shopping, a little over 5mins walk to Asda, 10 mins to Lidl and Aldi and 2mins from corner shops for emergency purchases.

Rent is accurate, but deposit may be slightly different this year - bills are not included, but for the period Aug 2025-Aug 2026 it has been c£80 a month incl WiFi.

lovely house with 5 double bed rooms, each furnished with a wardrobe, bed and desk. For room 3 (smallest room) there is extra storage available in the upstairs hallway which you will get priority over.

There are also 2 restrooms. One is a toilet and sink downstairs by the front door and the other includes a toilet, sink and shower.

No living room but there is a conservatory with a table and chairs, great for socialising and hanging laundry.

The conservatory leads out to the garden, which leads to the car park behind the house. If you drive, you will need to buy a permit to park here.

Tenancy start date is subject to change - likely to be 19/08/2026 and will be no later than 31/08/2026.
