I am moving out early and my room will be available starting May 22 until the end of August. The location is right near Kingston University Penhryn Rd campus, a short walk from the river and town center. This is perfect for anyone in between housing options for the summer. There is a bus stop just out front and Sainsbury right below the apartment. The kitchen is shared but quiet and kept very clean.
