Double Bedroom in Flat with Garden, KT1

I am a student at Kingston University who is taking a year out, and so my room is up for grabs! The four bedroom flat is in the KT1 area, a 5 minute walk from the Penrhyn campus and 10 minute walk from KSA. The flat is clean, newly refurbished, has a small garden area, kitchen, lounge/dining area, one full three-piece bathroom and one toilet. My room is a light, airy, cleverly laid out double that maximises space and looks out onto the garden. In terms of current occupants, there are two girls (both art students) and one guy. They are all lovely, friendly, clean and tidy housemates. We are looking for a student who is friendly, clicks with the other occupants, and is respectful of others’ space and belongings!
