The flat has two bedrooms. One bedroom is ensuite and there's another bathroom (in the house, two bathrooms in total). You only share the living room and the kitchen.

The living room is bright and spacious. There is space for workstation setup. The bedroom is also bright. I cannot hear my neighbours and my neighbours cannot hear me, so good soundproofing between flats. The bathroom is well lit, spacious and amazing water pressure.

Water bills included with rent. No gas, only electricity bills, council tax (The council tax band is D) and WiFi bills need to be paid for separately.
The dishwasher, washing machine, stove are clean and new.

The room is next to Asda and the building is on the opposite side of Lidl. Kingston town centre is about 14 minutes walk away.

The Norbiton train station is only around 6 minutes walk away and Kingston station is about 12 minutes walk away. Kingston hospital is about 10 minutes by walk.

The other tenant is a male professional and would prefer a professional but students are welcome to consider. The other tenant is very tidy and neat and would prefer someone with high cleanliness standards. He is also kind, reasonable, trustworthy and fairly flexible.

The agency that manages the flat is very good. They are very responsive and their office is only about 3 minutes walk away from the apartment building.
PLEASE NOTE: The current tenant and I are on a joint contract and I wish to move to a different location and he'd like to continue to stay. This is why we are looking for another person to replace me. We can discuss this in further if you're interested in the flat.

Although I have mentioned the place is unfurnished, it does have furniture that I had bought jointly with my current flatmate and am willing to leave it for a reasonable price. The furnitures include the couch, bed, mattress, dining table, etc. I'm hoping to sell it altogether to the new tenant for less than £200. We can discuss this as well in detail if you're interested in the flat.
