Tenancy Information
This is a tenancy replacement. My current flatmate and I are on a joint tenancy agreement, and my flatmate is relocating to a different area while he wishes to remain in the flat. We're therefore looking for someone to take over her room. I'd be happy to explain the process and answer any questions.

The room is advertised as unfurnished. However, most of the furniture currently in the flat—including the bed, mattress, sofa, dining table, and other items—was purchased jointly by my flatmate and me.

The flatmate would be happy to leave everything for the new tenant for less than £200 as a complete package, offering a convenient and affordable move-in option.
