Myself and two other students at kingston uni (1 girl, 1 boy) are looking for someone who still needs a house share to move in on the 15th of september. You will need to pay a deposit of £807 and first months rent which is £676.70
Council tax is band E which would be around £200 with discounts applied - you will not have to pay this if you are a student🏠💫

This room will cost £161.29 pw (without bills). - We can negotiate slightly lower price of the room. It is on the 3rd story of the house of a quiet area.
It’s a 10 minute bus ride into kingston, a 20 minute walk.
