full-time working professional for a 6-12-month tenancy, ideally.

This is a quiet, relaxed family home, rather than a busy house share.
Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and
has their own routine. Ideally, you're looking for somewhere
comfortable and settled where you can come home after work and feel at
