Kingston based room with en-suite

hi we are currently advertising for 1 (or two) female students to move in as i and another housemate are moving out and both looking for replacements so please respond if you are looking by yourself or with a friend, both work for us. The both rooms are a fair size with a desk bed and wardrobe. One is second floor with a large en-suite with bath and shower. The downstairs room is also very close to the downstairs bathroom with a shower located between the kitchen and living space (there is also a third bathroom and shower on the top floor). There is a nice quiet garden as we live on a very friendly road with no problems. Just a 10 minute walk into town and to the local university, as well as a 15 minute walk to Kingston or norbiton station . It’s a great value house for a London property, the kitchen is large with loads of storage and space for all. We have washing and drying machines and two fridge freezers.
