Hi girls! 🫶 I’m unfortunately having to move out of my lovely flat for personal/mental health reasons, so I’m looking for someone to take my room. It’s a lovely, clean flat with really nice, tidy and confident girls studying fashion 🪡🧵 and dance 💃 Rent is around £195 a week plus bills (already sorted). It’s a 5-minute walk from Penrhyn Road and around 10 minutes to Knights Park. There is also a bus stop opposite the flat that will take you to either Surbiton station or Kingston station, however there is parking available for a £250 deposit if you wish to have a car parking space. Everything is already sorted with an incredibly helpful landlord, so it’s a really easy move-in! 🏡💗
