This student accommodation building in the heart of Kingston is an ideal place of residence for students from both Kingston University, Kingston College and also St Mary's University. Being located next door to the College and with only a short 2 - 5 minute walk to the University and Kingston's transport links means it gives any local student an easy journey into Uni. The building's central location also means residents have easy access to the wide range of amenities that Kingston hosts itself, including shops, bars, clubs, an entertainment complex and riverside restaurants.

All rooms are fully furnished with a single bed and study area, and all hold their own private en-suite. We do also have a limited number of premium rooms that have 3/4 beds and larger windows. All residents have access to a fully equipped communal kitchen and dining area, which creates a great opportunity for students to socialise with a few of their fellow residents. Our site also holds its own laundry facilities which all residents have access to.

All bills are included in the rent which start at only £189 per week.
