I have a double room becoming available in mid October in leafy Kingston.

The room is light and airy, has ample wardrobe space, and also has a desk and chair.

To share modern bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden with myself, a friendly female professional, mid 40s, into photography, travelling, hiking, gym, art, and meeting new people. I have a cat, who spends most of her time in the garden or in my bedroom.
The house is situated close to the river, Parks (both Richmond and Bushy Park are close by), and big Sainsbury's, while Kingston town centre and train station is a c.10-15 minute walk away.
Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

Free off-street parking is available.

The rent of £950 per month includes all bills (gas & electricity - assuming reasonable use - council tax, water rates, internet).
Looking for a like-minded individual, ideally a friendly female, late 20s - mid 50s, who is looking for a home not just a room. Someone who has their own interests and hobbies but would also enjoy a chat after a day's work.
