The room is fully furnished with a comfortable small double bed, cosy bedding, and bedside lighting — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A large window fills the space with natural light and provides a pleasant outlook, enhancing the airy feel.

You’ll be sharing the home with two sisters and their two teenage children (aged 13 and 16). The household is warm, friendly, and relaxed, ideal for someone who appreciates a family-style environment while still enjoying their own private, quiet space.

Shared areas include a well-equipped large kitchen, comfortable living spaces, with open fireplaces and a utility room with washer and dryer. There is also a large, well-maintained garden that’s especially lovely in the summer. A weekly cleaner ensures the home is always kept clean and comfortable.

The house is situated in a desirable residential area of New Barnet, just a five-minute walk from New Barnet Overground Station, with excellent transport links and local amenities nearby.

Our home has a positive, welcoming energy. When the children were younger, we regularly hosted au pairs who loved living with us — many of whom remain close friends today. We run a wellness business together and are both creative individuals with a background in comedy.
We also have a lovely very friendly dog!
