I have a spacious, beautifully refurbished double bedroom available in my comfortable and welcoming home in Barnet, expected to be available from 6 November 2026.

With its own ensuite shower room, Juliette balcony overlooking the garden, large fitted wardrobes and quality furnishings, it’s a lovely space to relax and unwind.

I’m looking for a considerate, tidy and professional female lodger who would appreciate sharing a lovely home rather than simply renting a room. Whether you work locally, in central London or from home, this could be the perfect place for you.

The room is available seven days a week, including weekends, so you can unpack, settle in and make it your home.

The house:

You’ll be sharing with me and one other professional female lodger, who also has her own ensuite, so everyone has their own private space while enjoying the shared areas of the house.

I work from my home office during the week, and the house is generally quiet during the day. I’m looking for someone who will enjoy a clean, friendly and relaxed home and treat it with the same care and respect as their own.
