Hi I have a double bedroom available in New Malden. We have A number of buses and a train straight to Kingston., easy access to uni. The train is 25 minutes to the city of London.
It’s a family home with myself and 1 adult female plus cat.
We do understand that some people like to keep to themselves and others like to chat etc which is fine. We’re easy going.
We share all facilities. One bathroom with a Japanese toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The rent is £750a month and non refundable deposit (if booking cancelled) is £200. Short lets available and international students welcome. Available from August 2026
