Flexible and happy to fit in with your routine for both bathroom and kitchen. Access to lovely garden. WiFi and bills included. Generally preference female lodger as female run household. Free parking on the cul-de-sac and surrounding road (first come first serve basis). It is a 5 minute walk to Motspur Park train station (not near New Malden station). It's about 25 min to Waterloo and stops at other stations which have easy tube access. South Western Rail, trains to Waterloo via Wimbledon, or Dorking/Chessington the opposite direction | Bus 131, 13min walk away. | K1, K5 or 213 buses also close by.

Conveniences:

Lots of green spaces in the surrounds including a big park nearby with public tennis courts and an outside gym area. 
Great high street within a 5 min walk, with good amenities including mini marts, barbers, big popular Turkish fresh market shop and kebab café, ATM, nail and hair salon as well as reputable Indian and Chinese takeaway and a popular gastro pub.
