• 2 bathrooms, so no morning queues
• Clean, tidy, and easy-going home environment
• Shared kitchen and living space

📍 Location
• 15–20 min walk to New Malden & Norbiton stations
• 🚶‍♂️ Just 2 minutes walk to Aldi
• Close to shops, supermarkets, and everyday essentials

👥 Housemates
• Living with 2 other professionals (mixed)
• Friendly, respectful, and fairly chilled
• Everyone has their own routine but gets along well

• £700 per month
• Bills included
• Deposit: £808
