We have a room to rent in our flat for 3/4 months, our current flatmate is moving out on 14/08/26, ideally with us leaving in Mid-October. One flat mate is 23 and a midwife, one flatmate is 25 and a teacher. We are looking for someone clean and kind to come and live with us for a few months - perfect for those on secondment in the city as we live a 25 minute train journey from waterloo. The neighbourhood is quiet with easy access to shops and green space. The council tax band is B and this would be split, along with Wi-Fi and gas and electric between the 3 of us.
