I am the Landlord looking for only one single lodger who is professional, clean and tidy and ideally not a permanent homeworkers. Someone who is happy in their life and wants somewhere clean and comfortable to come home too.
The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and WIFI.
The room has a double bed, large double wardrobe, desk, chair and TV.
There are two bathrooms. One next door to the room and the other a shower room downstairs.
The Kitchen/dinning and living room is open plan.
In the kitchen there is a gas hob, electric oven. Microwave, own fridge freezer, cupboards. dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Access from kitchen to back garden.
Local area has large double storey 24 hour Tesco Superstore, B&Q, petrol station with shop and Costa coffee. Lots of food restaurant and cafe 5 mins walk near Motspur Park Station with trains to Waterloo every 15 mins. New Malden station about 15 min walk, Raynes Park Station about 10 mins walk with lots of shops, restaurants, cafe etc. Easy access to the A3. Many buses to Kingston, Wimbledon and surrounding areas.
All England Tennis Association, lots of gyms on New Malden High Street with further amenities. Quiet tree lined street.
