A lovely, bright and spacious double bedroom will be available from the last week of November 2026 in our peaceful, welcoming home in New Malden, close to Kingston upon Thames.

THE BEDROOM

The room benefits from generous fitted wardrobes, a television, chest of drawers, attractive flooring and plenty of natural light.

We are currently awaiting delivery of a brand-new double bed and brand-new mattress, both expected to arrive in November.

Please note that the current photographs show the bedroom before the new bed and mattress have been installed.

OUR HOME

We are a small household of three working professionals, aged between 26 and 47. I am a nurse, my husband is an engineer, and our existing housemate is also an engineer.

We all have busy schedules and enjoy a friendly, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, while respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.

There are no children or pets. Our home is a place to rest, unwind and feel comfortable after a busy day.

Our home is conveniently situated near The Triangle in New Malden.

• Approximately 15–20 minutes' walk to Kingston Hospital, or a short journey on the 213 bus.
• Approximately 13–15 minutes' walk to Norbiton Station.
• Approximately 13–15 minutes' walk to New Malden Station.
• Easy connections to Wimbledon, Kingston and London Waterloo.
• Nearby cafés, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, convenience shops, pharmacies, dentists, churches and other local amenities.

A PEACEFUL AND RESPECTFUL HOUSEHOLD

We are looking for a tidy, considerate and responsible professional who appreciates a peaceful home.

We value mutual respect, cleanliness and consideration for everyone's working and sleeping routines.

No parties or barbecues.

The room is strictly for single occupancy. Occasional overnight visits from a partner or relatives are welcome by prior agreement, up to a combined maximum of two nights per week.

All bills are included, and we kindly ask everyone to be mindful of electricity, heating and water consumption. Laundry is arranged at mutually convenient times, using energy-efficient programmes whenever practical.

PARKING

There is no allocated private parking space. However, street parking is available nearby, subject to availability and any local parking restrictions.

RENT AND AVAILABILITY

£850 per calendar month, including all bills and Wi-Fi.

Available from the last week of November 2026.

Long-term lodger preferred.

VIEWINGS

Viewings are welcome on Wednesdays or at weekends, even while the bedroom is being prepared.
