I have a double room available with a ensuite shower room sharing with a female hence a female only for this room) and another room with a shared shower available (any gender). Both fitted with a wardrobe, bed and a desk. Both available from 14 July 2026

Standard 3 bedroom semi-detached house recently extended, with a nice decked garden, new flooring and new shower rooms. 4 showers in total. The train station is literally a 2 mins walk getting you to Wimbledon//Kingston in 10 mins and Waterloo in 25 mins. There is a 24-hour Tesco's around a 10-mins walk. The area is safe and quiet so would suit a professional. Students are also considered.

House has all the mod cons and there is also a shared open plan kitchen leading to the garden. There is an extra toilet under the stairs.

Guests are allowed to stay over. Internet is very fast. I have been renting out rooms for many years.

Deposit is £1000 and references are taken. No rent increases during your term.. No smokers and no couples please. Weekly cleaner.
