This quaint apartment is primely located in New Malden's famous 'Korea Town', opposite M&S, spacious and light, with easy access from New Malden High Street two minutes away from New Malden train station. The apartment is next to Waitrose, two minutes from Lidl and a second away from bus stops into Kingston and Wimbledon!

We have a shared secure double doors and CCTV camera throughout the building. There’s only two other private apartments (one belongs to the landlord who’s hardly home) so it is all very quiet and secure and ideal for a working professional or couple.

The train into Waterloo takes just 28 minutes and New Malden is really ideal in value versus just staying in central London.
The monthly rent is exclusive of bills and council tax but does include utilities such as sofa, washing machine, fridge and computer chair). In our experience the bills and council tax will come to less than £180 a month.

For internet you can install your own or share the buildings for £15 a month to the landlord.

The sunset is blissful as you can see from the video, there’s no blocking from buildings like other locations on the high street and as we are south facing we have sun from around midday till night fall.
