I am looking for a single lodger for each of these rooms ideally. Both rooms have an extended amount of fitted cupboards and wardrobes. The double room has a fitted vanity mirror and set.
Both rooms have one study table/workspace area.

There is a shared kitchen downstairs with a Microwave, Gas stove top, Electric oven, toaster, kettle, Air fryer and a washing machine. The room has its own bathroom on the same floor. This bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk in shower box.

The room does come with off street parking but it will have to be agreed.

The house is 5 minutes walk from Seven Kings Elizabeth line station and 10 minutes from Newbury Park station. Within a 15 minutes’ walk there is an Aldi, Lidl, Tesco Superstore and Sainsburys Superstore as well as several exclusive gyms. On the Elizabeth line central London is 20 minutes away and Stratford is 10 minutes away. The room is quite spacious.

The rooms are available from the 1st of June 2025 and will be offered to the first suitable candidate.
