A new decorated double en-suite bedroom available in a 4 bedroom family home. We are a friendly household seeking a professional person to live with us Monday to Friday.

The suitable person must be clean, tidy and like cats as we have an 18 yr old Tabby who lives in the house.

We love our own space but we also have the occasional movie night or meal together as we are all real foodies. This bedroom and the rest of the home and just recently been lovingly redecorated, and renovated by the owner.

The house is within walking distance to shops, doctors, supermarkets and other essential amenities. The property is 15 mins walk to Elizabeth Line (Seven Kings) and 7 mins walk to Newbury Park Tube Station, as well as 2 min walk to main bus stop.

You will have access to very large, well-equipped kitchen, a study, a lounge with large screen TV (Netflix, Prime plus main channels available) and a spacious garden.
