We have four larger than your average double room and one single room to let in a quiet and peaceful area of Roy Gardens IG2 7QQ.
Two of the five rooms have their own bathroom and toilet, one on the ground floor and one in the loft.
The other three rooms on the first floor will share the very large bathroom on the same floor.
The house has a big kitchen and a lounge with a TV,
All bills are inclusive but the Gas, Electricity and Water are subject to fair usage and therefore capped.
Couples are welcome but with an additional fee of between £100 to £150.
Please note that the tenancy of this house is a temporary one and it will up to December 31st 2026 as the landlord requires it for another use from January 2027

Newbury Park underground Station is only 10-15 mins walk from the house or 5mins walk to 396 or bus 66 bus stop with 2mins bus ride to the station where you have direct link to Stratford Station and to Central London.
You can also get to Ilford and Seven kings station on frequent bus services on bus 66,296 and 396 and 169 for Elizabeth line for easy access to London and Heathrow Airports.

Sainsbury Super store is a short walk from the house and you also have loads of local shops around the area as well as parks
