Room Available - Spacious 2 Bed Flat Kingston

I’m looking to find a flatmate to join me in the 2 bed 1 bath second floor flat I’m currently renting in in Norbiton/Kingston. The rooms are both spacious doubles and the flat also has a living room and kitchen.

It’s about a 10/15 min walk from the centre of Kingston, a 1/2 min walk from the main road so directly on a bus route (including the uni bus route) and Lidl is the nearest supermarket. Rent is £850 not including bills. WiFi is about £14 per person every month, water is £29.07 and electric + gas vary but averages about £60 per month.

I’m a 23 year old female student at Kingston University. I work part time as well so I’m often busy or out. I love reading, going to the cinema, going to parkrun and meeting new people. My last flatmate would say I’m friendly, clean and easy to live with; I’m hoping to find someone who I’ll get on well with! I find living here really convenient and am eager to stay another year if I can find someone to join me in the next few weeks.

I’m ideally looking for another student but I’m open to non-students and would be happy to split council tax as I am urgently looking to find someone. Would prefer a female flatmate but also looking for someone ASAP so open to gender. I’m a non-smoker but have no preference for a potential flatmate. I’m also a vegetarian and enjoy cooking with others sometimes but have lived with non-vegetarians in the past with no issues.
