Top floor canalside flat with en suite

Hey everyone!

My name is Joe and I'm looking to find a new flatmate in my two bedroom flat in Northholt. My previous flatmate is moving out due to financial reasons (London eh...) and I reeally like the place so would like to keep it!

A little bit about me, I'm 32 years old and a ranger f or the London Wildlife Trust, a job that takes a lot of out me so my time at home if I'm not working is usually spent relaxing nad not doing a whole lot! Watching TV , playing some games, reading etc.

I'm vegan but I don't really care if anyone else is (though it would be a plus), I enjoy going out when I can and I have a reasonably active social life, though not much of it takes place in the flat as I'm the furthest out of my group!

In terms of what I'm looking for in a flatmate I'm not too picky, someone who's reasonably but not militantly clean, generally chill about not sweating the small stuff, easy to relax with on an evening and reasonably social.

The flat itself is a lovely spot, overlooking the grand union canal with Juliet balconies in both the living room and the room I'm advertising, which also comes with an en-suite bathroom. We've got a dishwasher and a fully furnished living room with a sofa bed for guests.

The bills generally come to just below £200 a month each, including council tax, wifi, water & electricity.

The property is let through a letting agency who have given me permission to post this ad, their requirements to pass the reference checks are as follows:

"As a general rule, their income/affordability should be an annual income of 30 x the rent payment commitment.

E. g. Rent share £875 pm, income = £26,250, plus usual employment reference, credit history check and if rented before a landlord reference."
