It has it's own sink/basin. The toilets and bathroom is just outside the bedroom door of this room. The bus stop, corner store and hairdresser are 2 minutes walk and the train station is 10 minutes walk.

The property is located above the Inspirations picture framing shop.

This is not a short term accommodation.

Accepted tenants have AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) agreements for minimum 6 months and can be extended periodically.
