All facilities including fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Harvey water softener.

£650 per month - Inclusive of council tax, unlimited full fibre broadband.

The flat is just 2-min walk to the Orpington High Street and 10-min walk to the Orpington Station, and within easy reach of the PRUH and Orpington Hospital - 5-min walk to the bus stop and then 5-min ride to Orpington Hospital/12-min ride to PRUH.

Orpington Station is with 16-minute service to London Bridge. A range of shops on the street include big Tesco, groceries, pharmacy, takeaways, café/restaurants and cinema.

Very limited free street parking spaces available but no off street parking.

Single lodgers only: no couples or pets please.

Not suitable for WFH.
