Bathroom: Your own private bathroom on the opposite landing. The toilet is mostly for your exclusive use too. These will be shared briefly when a student family member returns from university, or by occasional house guests.
Kitchen & Utility: Your own dedicated fridge-freezer and private storage space located in the utility room. Use of all appliances.
