£500 Room Orpington looking for flatmate

Hey! 😊 I’m currently looking for a flatmate for a flat in Crundal Tower, on the 10th floor, with a really nice view.

The flat has a separate, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, kettle, large fridge/freezer, double air fryer, washing machine and all the utensils you need — basically everything is already there.

There’s also a massive living area with a double sofa, dining table and a gigantic TV, with plenty of space for an air mattress and a clothes rail. There are two bathrooms: one with a bath and sink, and another separate toilet.

The bedroom is very large, with a double bed, double wardrobe and makeup station.

The rent for the whole flat is £1,000, so it would normally be £500 each, and there is no deposit. Bills included. However, I’m very flexible about the sleeping arrangements. I’d be completely happy to sleep on the air mattress on the living room m and give the bedroom to the other person, and we could either split the rent differently accordingly or arrange a rotation system. I’m happy to work something out based on each person’s circumstances, needs and budget. ❤️

There’s no long-term minimum commitment — the minimum stay is just 1 month, and the flat is available immediately/as soon as possible.
