Bright & Spacious Double Room - Pinner

Bright and spacious furnished double bedroom

A bright and spacious furnished double room available in a comfortable two-bedroom flat in Pinner. The bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, additional drawer storage and overlooks the garden.

You'll have use of a fully equipped kitchen, a large shared living room with a 55-inch TV, bathroom, separate WC and garden. Wi-Fi, bills and parking are included.

I will be travelling from early October until late January, so for the first three months you'll have the flat to yourself, making this a good option for someone who values their own space and privacy..

Rent is £1,400 p/m including bills for the first 3 months. When I return, the rent will be reduced from month 4 onwards.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful professional who would treat the flat as their own and is looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to live.
