Our house is situated in the Northwood Hills/Pinner area. It’s on the Met line into Baker Street/Amersham/Watford and the Chiltern Line into Marylebone can be picked up from Harrow on the Hill, with a good variety of shops, cafes and pubs, including a Tesco Express.

It’s set on 2 floors, with 3 big double bedrooms and one big bathroom on the first floor and kitchen/dining room and living room (with DVD collection extraordinaire), shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

There is ample parking outside the house, as well as front and back gardens for BBQ’s and sunbathing. If you like playing with lawnmowers, then that’s added brownie points for you... but obviously not a dealbreaker.

One month's rent in advance as deposit and then from then rent is payable by the 30th of each month by standing order and includes Sky+ TV and broadband. Additional bills would amount to £35 per month - £5 for cleaning products and £30 for gas/electric.
