I'll be away from October, so you'll have sole use of the property for 3 - 6 months.

You will have exclusive use of the double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Situated in a quiet, friendly area with plenty of free street parking. There are lots of green spaces, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, making it a great place to relax while still being well connected.

I'm an easy-going, relaxed and caring person, and my home is a peaceful environment. I'm looking for a kind, friendly and mature professional who values having their own space, communicates well and will look after the property by keeping it clean and tidy.
