Spacious, furnished double room in a well-presented 2-bedroom maisonette, with bills included.

Available from 1st November 2026. Minimum stay of 2 months, with the option to stay longer.

I will be away travelling for the first few months, so you'll have plenty of privacy and will have the shared living areas to yourself during this time. I expect to return mid-end of January 2027, after which it will return to the usual shared-home arrangement. I can be flexible on the rent for the right person and also, If you choose to stay longer, the rent can be revised once I return.

You'll have your own furnished double bedroom, along with the use of the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

The property is situated in a quiet, friendly area with plenty of free street parking. There are lots of green spaces, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby, making it a great place to relax while still being well connected.

I'm looking for kind, friendly and mature professional[s], who values having their own space, communicates well and will look after the property, by keeping it clean and tidy. I'm easy-going and respectful of personal space, and when I return, I'd like it to continue being a peaceful and comfortable home for us all.

The property is situated in a quiet, friendly area with plenty of free street parking, green spaces, shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Pinner and Northwood Hills Underground stations are within easy reach, with good connections into London.
