Monday–Friday Lodger | Ideal London Base for Profe

We are looking for a new Monday–Friday lodger to join our welcoming family home in Pinner, North West London.

This is a particularly good opportunity for a professional who lives outside London but regularly travels to the capital for work. If you have a permanent home in the North, Midlands or elsewhere in the UK, but need somewhere comfortable to stay during the working week, this could be an ideal arrangement.

We have had a lodger staying with us on this type of weekday-only arrangement for the past five years, so we are very familiar with and comfortable with this type of setup. We are now looking for someone new following the end of our previous arrangement.

The room

The furnished double bedroom includes:

- Comfortable double bed
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Desk, suitable for working or studying
- Fast fibre WiFi
- Access to a modern bathroom
- Use of a microwave for heating food

The room is intended primarily for weekday stays, with the lodger returning to their main home at weekends.

Excellent location for London commuters

The house is located in a pleasant residential area of Pinner, North West London.

Pinner Underground Station is approximately a 10-minute walk or a short bus journey from the house. The station is on the Metropolitan Line, providing convenient connections into London.

The location makes this particularly suitable for someone who needs a reliable London base for work without the cost of staying in hotels or renting a room on a full-time basis.

Flexible weekday arrangement

We offer different monthly rates depending on your regular weekly working pattern:

2 nights per week – £350 pcm

3 nights per week – £425 pcm

4+ nights per week – £500 pcm

The above prices are based on an agreed, regular weekly arrangement. We are happy to discuss the exact setup depending on your work schedule and requirements.
