I have a lovely single room available in a relaxed, friendly and multicultural home, ideally suited to a working professional looking for somewhere comfortable and easy to live.

I travel quite a lot for work, so I’m often away, and the house is generally pretty peaceful. You’d be sharing with friendly, respectful people, plus Amy the cat, who mostly keeps herself to herself and is very easy-going. 🐈

The house is around a 5-minute walk from the station, with direct trains into London Liverpool Street, so it’s really convenient if you commute into London.

There’s good Wi-Fi, access to the usual TV/streaming subscriptions and, if you work from home occasionally, there’s also a separate garden office you can use – so you’re not stuck working from your bedroom.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean, considerate and independent, and who wants somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a room in a house.
