House is located 5-7 mins drive from station. 13 min drive to Lakeside shopping centre or Grays retail park. 5 min walk from Hornchurch country park and estuary (great point of interest for nature lovers, scenic walks or fishing enthusiasts). 15 min bus journey to Rainham station or under 30 min bus to neighbouring stations such as Elm Park, Dagenham, Hornchurch, Upminster, Romford, Purfleet.
