All bills included. 2 people occupy 1 room (both working full time), In one other room, I along with my wife and 3 year old child live. However no disturbance to you. Only 1 toilet, but this can be discussed as only morning we follow a time. You will have your own mini fridge in the room to keep your things. Kitchen, living room and toilet are shared. Large garden behind the house and a small front garden. Plenty of fresh air.
