Looking for a female tenant for a nice large loft room, with lots of space and a private ensuite bathroom. No need to share bathroom with anybody else

All bills, Electricity, Gas, Water and Council tax are included. We have fast mesh WiFi broadband and the connection is always good because there are only 3 people that live in the house.

Good transport links as we are close to the Central Line and Elizabeth Line.

The room has a double bed that can convert to a single for even more space in the room if you like to exercise or do yoga.

In the room: cupboard, drawers, microwave etc

Bathroom/shower for a single female occupant.

The kitchen area is shared (air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, blender, cake mixer and slushie maker).

3 people in the house, we are a couple who both work in a professional field. 1 student.

Looking for a non smoker, female who has a job. Our previous tenant who will leave on the 12th June was south Indian and she will dearly be missed.
