Spacious and light double bedroom

This is an airy, double bedroom to be rented out in a two bedroom apartment. The flat is located on the top floor of the 4 storey building, next to A406, so there may be some white noise, from outside, but not significant.
Your room has a lock.

I occupy the other bedroom and I work from home at least half of the week.

Ilford station (Elizabeth Line - Shenfield branch) is under ten minutes of walk.

We have a 13year old cat, who does not like noise, and therefore I would appreciate for interest to be shown only by persons, who like cats, and like their own space, and peaceful environment.

If you use substances please do not apply as if undisclosed, it will be a breach of the lodger agreement.

An advanced notice and agreement is required if other persons are visiting the property.

There is often quiet music playing in the background in the kitchen during the day, but happy to discuss.
