All rooms are offered under a Guardian licence . The building is a very large old pub. It has 3 showers and 2 kitchens and large communal areas including a garden. there will be 12 rooms in the building once finished 11 have already gone. Everything is shared facility's. Rooms cost per month between £750 and £900 all bills and internet are included . Rooms are priced for single occupancy . Extra person staying in the room will be £150 per month
