The lodger's bathroom is located on a separate floor and is used exclusively by the lodger, while the homeowners have their own private bathroom facilities, ensuring privacy and independence for everyone.
What we are looking for:
• Full-time employed professional.
• Respectful, clean and considerate of shared spaces.
• Able to provide employment verification.
• Previous landlord references preferred.
• A character reference is welcomed if a landlord reference is unavailable (for example, from an employer, professional colleague, or other suitable referee).

• Quiet and friendly household.
• No couples, please.
• No overnight guests without prior agreement.
• Right to rent checks will be carried out where required.
