En-suite Room with Direct Access to the Garden

After 6 wonderful years, I am moving out of my lovely, quiet en-suite room and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The property has six en-suite rooms, with the other five currently occupied.

The room has direct access to the garden and the house features a shared kitchen. You will have your own allocated storage, including two large cupboard spaces, one fridge shelf, and one freezer drawer.

The housemates are all very friendly and respectful of each other's privacy, so it often feels more like living in your own studio than in a house share.

The room is offered unfurnished. However, if you like my current setup, I would be happy to leave the furniture for you by arrangement.

Please note that the agency photos were taken before the room and house were furnished, so they show how the property looked when it was empty.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property, but it is allowed in the garden.
