This is a gorgeous double bedroom flat share available in a beautifully furnished art deco 1930's luxury apartment near Richmond bridge

I am the owner of the apartment which is kept very clean and tidy. I am only occasionally at home and so you will really only be sharing with two female guests who both work away from home and are very quiet and respectful around the apartment

The apartment comprises three double bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen-diner, two bathrooms, a deep luxury bath, two power showers and two toilets. All rooms are fully equipped and fully furnished

The available bedroom is approximately 10' x 12' fully furnished with a 4' 6" double bed, firm pocket sprung mattress, chest of drawers, chairs and a hanging wardrobe. There are also two bedside cabinets and four large under bed drawers providing additional storage for lesser used belongings

Finally a wall mounted SMART flat TV with internet access to online services and very high speed WiFi

Apartment shared facilities include washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction cooker, fridge freezer, microwaves, wine chiller, comprehensive cooking and dining sets and a scanner/copier/printer

All bills are included in the rental price which covers council tax charges for the property which is band D

On street parking is available with resident permit circa £50 for 6 months.

A ground floor secure lockup is available for a bicycle.

I am a musician and composer and spend the majority of my time working in my recording studio in West Twickenham
