I have a gorgeous double bedroom flat share available in a beautifully furnished 1930's luxury apartment near Richmond bridge

I am the owner of the apartment which I keep very clean and tidy so should attract like minded clutter-free minimalists, however I am only occasionally at home and so you will really only be sharing with one other female guest (ballet dancer / musician) who is currently occupying the second bedroom

The apartment comprises three double bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen-diner, two bathrooms, a deep luxury bath, two power showers and two toilets. All rooms are fully equipped and fully furnished

Couples are welcome with a premium of 25% on the standard bills inclusive rental.

The available bedroom is approximately 12' x 14', fully furnished with a 4' 6'' double bed, firm pocket sprung mattress, chest of drawers, dressing table, 3 chairs and a hanging wardrobe. There are also two bedside cabinets and four large under bed drawers providing additional storage for lesser used belongings. Finally a wall mounted SMART TV with internet access to online services, very high speed WiFi and a Sonos music speaker.

Apartment shared facilities include washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, microwaves, wine chiller, comprehensive cooking and dining sets and a scanner/copier/printer

All bills are included in the rental price which covers council tax charges for the property which is band D

On street parking is available with resident permit circa £50 for 6 months.

A ground floor secure lockup is available for a bicycle.

I am a musician and composer and spend the majority of my time working in my recording studio in East Sussex 🙂

The second bedroom is currently let to a quiet, tidy and clean professional couple who work in creative industries
