I have a lovely double bedroom with en-suite shower room available. The bedrooms has its own private patio that is fabulous especially in the warm weather. It has ample storage in the built-in wardrobes. Please note that the desk/chair that can be seen in the picture is the current tenant's own and will not be staying in the room.

Available to rent in a spacious and comfortable flat (maisonette) in the heart of Richmond close to all amenities. The flat boasts high ceilings and is very bright, bathing in natural light. The communal area and the bedrooms were fully refurbished recently and it all looks beautiful, clean and modern- new kitchen, new floors, plastering/painting, new modern flat vertical radiators, etc.

The flat is furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances (2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave).

The flat also has a large loft that is shared between the tenants and is perfect for storing suit-cases or out-of-season clothes, etc.

The current tenants are friendly professionals (marketing, science, law) in their 20’s, who enjoy living in the flat.

The flat is about 3 minutes from Richmond station (underground, train, overground) but it's not close to the tracks so there is no noise from the trains.
Conveniently there is a Tesco’s just across the road. The loads of parks and outdoor spaces Richmond has to offer (The Green, Old Deer Park, Richmond park, Richmond riverside) are all well within walking distance. Bars and restaurants are also within close proximity.

I am looking for tenants with the intention of long term tenancy (and at least 6 months).
