Looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay in beautiful Richmond?

I have two rooms available — one larger room at £1,200 per month and a smaller room at £1,000 per month. The larger room will be available from mid-May, and the smaller room from the beginning of June.

Both rooms are fully furnished and are not available unfurnished. The larger room is a huge double bedroom (approx. 30 sqm), bright and airy, with wardrobe and drawers, ideal for someone who values privacy and a calm environment. The second room is smaller but still has a double bed, good storage, and plenty of natural light.

• Richmond Station approximately 12 minutes away with easy access to central London

If all three rooms are occupied, tenants share the kitchen and bathroom. There is no separate living room, so the flat is best suited to people who appreciate privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

One of the current tenants is in her mid-20s and works in TV production. She is often busy with work, travels frequently, and tends to keep to herself.

The flat is intended for individual occupants and is not suitable for couples. Occasional short guest visits are absolutely fine, but regular overnight guests would not really suit the setup, out of respect for everyone’s comfort and privacy.

I travel frequently myself and may occasionally stay at the flat or keep a room available for personal or family use. Professional cleaning is arranged from time to time to help keep the flat well maintained for everyone.

Richmond is one of London’s most beautiful and peaceful areas, with riverside walks, parks, cafés, shops, and excellent transport links.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who would like to stay longer term and treat the flat with care and respect.
